And since 2012, Avison Young has been using Banjo to help centralize and manage access to marketing, promotional, and brand awareness gifts for its brokers to use when visiting building owners and property managers.
When a broker needs a gift or marketing materials for an existing or prospective client, they simply log in to Banjo, select the items they’d like to use, and submit an order. They can choose from a variety of Avison Young branded items such as pocket folders, wine bottle tags, brochures, and even branded golf balls. Once the order is placed, Banjo fulfills it on the same day, either by printing the items on demand or through pick-and-pack from inventory. It then gets shipped to the location specified by the broker or officer manager.
Avison Young also uses Banjo to help manage some of its other marketing and operational assets. For example, office managers have access to branded office supplies—notebooks, folders, business cards, etc.—and brokers have access to signs and banner stands that can be checked in and out for specific marketing events.
Banjo even manages the status of all Avison Young assets—from checked out items to the inventory level of promotional or printed assets. When checked out items are returned, they are inspected for quality to ensure they are ready for the next event. If not, Banjo sends an alert for approval to replace it. If any item reaches a certain inventory level, Banjo sends an alert to get approval to order more.
